Dr. Mary Hil Edens is a Winston-Salem Native and Mt. Tabor High School alumna. Dr. Edens is delighted to be serving patients in her hometown! She is a die-hard Tar Heel fan, graduating from UNC Chapel Hill for her undergraduate education and then continuing at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. She completed a General Practice Residency at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte in addition to a residency in Oral Medicine. After several years in private practice, she wanted to offer dentistry to underserved populations and transitioned to be the director of the public health dental clinic in Surry County. Dr. Edens volunteers her dental services in North Carolina and developing countries, and you will likely find her playing with her two daughters, cycling, or playing pickleball in her free time!
